Social Media Manager

Capital F is looking for a Philippines-based Social Media Manager to join us on a remote, freelance/part-time basis.

What you’ll be doing:
• Editing short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere, Veed or similar)
• Creating and managing our content calendar
• Writing captions, hooks and social copy
• Scheduling and publishing content
• Managing comments, DMs and community engagement
• Planning and managing paid social campaigns
• Tracking performance and recommending what we should do next
• Keeping an eye on trends, competitors and growth opportunities

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is based in the Philippines
• Has excellent written English
• Has experience managing social media for a brand or client
• Is confident editing short-form video
• Has experience with paid social campaigns
• Understands analytics and social growth
• Can show previous client work, a portfolio or case studies

💻 Remote — Philippines-based
⏰ Approx. 10–15 hours per week
📅 Initial 1-month trial period, with potential to continue based on performance and need
