Social Media Manager

Location：Mexico city，Mexico

Responsibilities‑ -Design and deliver localized social media strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and newly‑emerging digital channels‑ Build monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns and overall brand objectives‑ Oversee end‑to‑end content production, including short‑form videos, reels, product spotlights, event coverage and UGC‑driven content‑ Drive community interaction, manage fan groups, and conduct sentiment monitoring across all major social platforms‑ Source, onboard and maintain relationships with influencers and KOLs, negotiate cooperation terms, coordinate product seeding and creator‑led marketing campaigns‑ Develop integrated social media plans to support product roll‑outs, retail promotions and offline local activities‑ Work cross‑functionally with PR, marketing, e‑commerce and central teams to align social activities with global marketing priorities
Requirements‑ 5‑10 years professional experience in social media marketing within tech, gaming, mobile, lifestyle or consumer electronics industries‑ Track record of managing large‑volume social accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube‑ Deep familiarity with Mexico’s digital ecosystem, gaming communities and popular local content formats‑ Practical hands‑on for developing and producing short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok clips)‑ Proven experience managing influencer partnerships and delivering creator marketing campaigns‑ Professional‑level English for daily business communication.‑ Prior exposure to DTC brand operations, marketplace marketing or gaming live‑stream content is considered a strong plus
