Tasks

• Develop and execute creative strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Plan content calendars and write engaging captions
• Manage community engagement
• Track performance and analyze insights
• Create strategic, engaging social media content
• Analyze performance & optimize strategy
• Stay on top of trends, tools, and best practices
• Create and execute social media strategies that actually drive results
• Manage engagement, analytics and all things trending
• Occasionally join client content shoots and help bring creative ideas to life

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in social media management (agency or brand-side)
• Based in Massachusetts
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms (trends, analytics, best practices)
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Skilled content creator with Canva; video editing experience a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills (able to manage multiple accounts at once)
• A creative thinker who understands both aesthetics and strategy
