Social Media Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.),
- Plan and execute content calendars, schedules, and posting across platforms
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, Stories, carousels, etc.),
- Monitor and respond to comments, Direct Messages, and customer inquiries
- Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports
- Implement online campaigns, promotions, and collaborations
- Coordinate with the internal team (sales, marketing, and creatives) for product launches, events, and daily content needs
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and best practices to grow our online presence

QUALIFICATIONS
- With experience in managing social media accounts (preferably for lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or retail brands)
- Knowledgeable in social media analytics, algorithms, and analytics
- Creative, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Amenable to work on-site in Manila
