TAM DIGITAL is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. In this on-site role, you will shape the company’s online presence, grow audience engagement, and create social media campaigns in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate content for Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Track social media trends and adapt strategies to support innovative campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to align social content with company goals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Keep up with industry trends and social media best practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
