Key Skills Required:

• Excellent English proficiency
• Minimum 2 years of social media community management experience
• Basic marketing strategy knowledge
• Creative content creation skills
• Experience with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Understanding of hashtags, sharing, retweets, tagging, and influencer collaboration
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Decision-making under pressure
• Assertive communication and excellent writing with grammar skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers and candidates
• Create engaging, creative, and shareable content, especially for Reels
• Manage and schedule posts across assigned social media accounts
• Monitor trends, tools, and applications to recommend new social media strategies
• Collaborate with business teams to integrate social media campaigns with marketing efforts
• Optimize content for SEO
• Write compelling social media captions that inspire action
• Stay updated on social media best practices and technologies
• Develop new content ideas and scripts for YouTube videos
• Manage CRM tasks using Clientify
• Create and monitor Google Ads campaigns for YouTube and website
• Participate in marketing team brainstorming and influencer collaborations
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign success
• Attend trimestral job fairs and related activities

Work Schedule & Location:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST. Hybrid work model with some days at our Medellín office.
