Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and report on growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with larger marketing initiatives.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries promptly to build community trust and loyalty.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in social media best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
• Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns to support product launches and marketing goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven skills in content creation, social media strategy, analytics, and copywriting.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights to track performance.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.
• Certification in social media marketing is a plus.
