🎯Must Have:
🔹7+ years of ETL development and documentation experience for data conversion and migration.
🔹End-to-End Migration Experience: Migrating data from legacy systems to modernized cloud solutions.
🔹RDBMS Expertise: Strong proficiency in Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database.
🔹Advanced Querying: High proficiency in complex SQL, PL-SQL, query building, data analysis, and validation.
🔹Attachment Migration: Hands-on experience migrating document attachments/file storage (Azure BLOB, Azure File Share, SharePoint, Oracle BLOBs).
🔹Public Sector: Experience working in Government / Public Sector organizations is preferred.
✅Desired Skills:
🔹ETL & Cloud Tools: Azure Data Factory, Informatica, and related cloud technologies.
🔹Database & File Structures: Understanding of mainframe formats, non-relational data structures, and relational databases.
🔹Documentation & Planning: Ability to create ETL mappings, data dictionaries, business cases, and migration strategy plans.
🔹Data Quality & Audit: Profiling, mapping, cleansing, transforming, loading, and verifying converted data.
🔹Communication & Collaboration: Excellent status reporting, stakeholder management, and cutover support capabilities.
🎓Experience:
🔹7+ Years of professional experience in ETL, data migration, and data conversion projects.
🔹Full life-cycle data conversion experience with enterprise systems including deployment and post-cutover support.
