Job description
Deane Bigay is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our innovative team in the United States. This full-time, remote-eligible role offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge software development projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript, Python, React, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Utilize Git for version control and project management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience using Git for code versioning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
This role involves collaboration within a diverse team structure, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will report directly to the team lead overseeing the software engineering department.
