Rubie is looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York City. You will work collaboratively across teams, focusing on both frontend and backend development to deliver robust, high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, infrastructure, performance, and security.
- Engage directly with customers to identify product needs and integrate feedback into the development roadmap.
- Develop and enhance architecture for large-scale, reliable data movement.
- Leverage AI technologies extensively and responsibly while maintaining full ownership of delivered solutions.
Must-Have Requirements
Critical Qualifications:
- 4–5+ years of software engineering experience (most hires have 6–8 years); exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
- True full-stack capability—able to independently handle frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
- Proficiency with our technology stack and a strong commitment to quality and security.
