Tasks

• Design CRM architecture and interface solutions
• Develop, customize, debug, and maintain Clarify CRM applications
• Support releases, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews
• Leverage GenAI tools to improve development productivity

Requirements

• 7+ Years
• Candidates must be local to Atlanta or willing to relocate before joining.
• Amdocs Clarify CRM 6 / 6.5
• ClearBasic programming
• CRM 6.5 Data Model & Database Design
• Professional experience with GenAI development tools
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Code Reviews, Debugging & Production Support
• Preferred: Telecom BSS/OSS domain experience
• Preferred: Oracle SQL / PL-SQL
• Preferred: Java & Web Services Integration
• Preferred: Previous Amdocs program experience
