Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with strong technical depth in software design and code reviews
• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Proven experience working in AI-assisted engineering environments and leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve development processes
• Strong accountability for project delivery, timelines, and team performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across distributed teams
• Experience with .NET/C#
• Experience with PostgreSQL environments
• Background in SaaS, legal technology, data management, eDiscovery, or enterprise software solutions
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams
• Advanced English
