Software Test Engineer – Clarify CRM

Tasks

• Design and execute test plans, test strategies, and test cases for BSS/OSS applications.
• Validate end-to-end order journeys and workflows in Clarify CRM.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, interface, and API testing.
• Write SQL queries for test data validation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and log analysis to identify defects.
• Track and manage defects using Jira, HP QC, or similar tools.
• Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve QA efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software testing experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Clarify CRM.
• Strong understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and database validation.
• Experience in API, interface, integration, and regression testing.
• Ability to prepare test plans and test strategy documents.
• Practical experience using AI tools in software testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Preferred: Telecom CRM migration or modernization project experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
