Dinamica temporal is seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder with proven experience in metal furniture manufacturing to join our production team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our company, you will contribute to crafting high-quality, durable, and visually appealing metal furniture products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise MIG and TIG welding on various metal furniture components.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints to ensure welds meet exact specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols.
• Inspect finished welded products to guarantee quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with production team members to address welding challenges and project requirements.
• Assist in the upkeep and troubleshooting of welding equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to boost production efficiency and product quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in Welding or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• Knowledge of different metal types and welding methods applicable to furniture manufacturing.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably related to furniture or metal fabrication.
