Solution Architect – Commercial Product Launch

Tasks

• Architect and lead commercial launch data platforms.
• Integrate and harmonize sales, claims, payer, CRM, and master data sources.
• Build launch KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Partner with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive governance, data quality, security, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting commercial product launches in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on expertise with: IQVIA (Xponent, Plantrak, NPA) LAAD / Claims Data Veeva CRM 852/867 EDI Feeds MMIT Careset Payer amp; Market Access datasets
• Strong knowledge of: US Pharma Commercial Operations Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Formulary Tracking Market Access Patient Journey Analytics
• AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda, Step Functions) Snowflake PySpark amp; SQL Apache Iceberg ETL/ELT Frameworks Data Modeling (Kimball, Star Schema) MDM amp; Commercial Analytics CRM and Omnichannel Data Integration
• Experience with Genentech/Roche commercial ecosystems (Polaris, OASIS).
• Familiarity with Cube.js, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• 10+ years in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Data Architecture
• Strong Commercial Analytics and Product Launch expertise
