A high volume steakhouse in LA is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations and culinary team. The ideal candidate must have fine dining, steakhouse experience as well as volume experience exceeding $12MM. This role is for someone who has 2+ years of Sous Chef experience. Strong mentorship and attention to detail. Must be authorized to work in the US.
