Tasks

• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality.
• Support menu planning and food costing.
• lead kitchen operations in Head Chef's absence.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety.

Requirements

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Strong cooking, leadership and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Able to multitask in a fast - paced environment.
