We are seeking dedicated Spa Staff to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Key Responsibilities Provide a range of massage therapies tailored to meet clients' needs for relaxation and pain relief. Administer facial treatments that enhance skin health and rejuvenation. Guide clients in skin care options and product recommendations to maintain their healthy appearance. Engage with customers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort throughout their spa experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities and treatment rooms, adhering to hygiene standards. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently. Participate in continuous learning to keep abreast of updated techniques and treatments in the industry. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma. Experience in massage therapy, facial treatments, and skin care. Strong customer service skills and a friendly disposition. Relevant certifications in massage and skin care are preferred. Proficiency with scheduling and client management software is a plus. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a spa or similar environment is beneficial.
