Key Responsibilities Provide customized massage therapies designed to promote relaxation and alleviate pain, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. Administer facial treatments that improve skin health and rejuvenation using industry-standard techniques. Advise clients on personalized skin care routines and recommend appropriate products to maintain healthy skin. Engage with clients warmly, delivering exceptional customer service throughout their spa visit to foster repeat business. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and spa facilities, strictly following hygiene protocols. Assist with appointment scheduling and accurate client record management using spa management software. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest massage and skin care techniques and industry trends. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years experience in massage therapy, facial treatments, or skin care within a spa or similar setting. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Preferred: Relevant certifications in massage therapy and skin care treatments. Proficiency in scheduling and client management software.
