Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market presence and elevate brand awareness. Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends and analyze the competitive landscape for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and marketing to ensure brand initiatives align with business goals. Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns maintaining consistent messaging across all platforms. Analyze brand performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive growth. Oversee brand budget management to allocate resources efficiently toward high-impact marketing activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in brand management within the agriculture or biostimulants industry. Strong expertise in market research methodologies and competitive analysis. Proficiency with CRM software and marketing analytics tools. 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
