✓ Facilitates communication between patient/family and provider by rendering accurate and complete interpretation of the message. Applying standards of practice.

✓ Strong ability to concentrate, detail oriented and possess culturally sensitive care and underlying issue.

✓ Possesses good interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. Knowledge of computer systems.

✓ Oral Communications, Ability to comprehend and communicate complex verbal information in English to medical center staff, patients, families, and external customers

. ✓ Understanding of American and British culture.

✓ Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting.
