Job description
BABEL is seeking skilled Spanish to English Translators to join our team in Mexico City. This full-time role involves translating documents and proofreading translations produced by both our internal and freelance teams, as well as reviewing machine-generated translations to ensure accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate documents from Spanish to English with precision and cultural accuracy.
- Proofread and edit translations from internal and freelance translators.
- Review and proof machine translations to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the translation team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent writing skills.
- Experience in translation and proofreading preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong linguistic knowledge.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Mexico City.
