Key Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and behavioral growth.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, guardians, and educational staff about student progress and challenges.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Washington State Special Education Teacher certification (M/M or M/S).
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Excellent classroom management skills.
