Job description
Tasks
- Handle and monitor Health & PA claim investigations from allocation to closure
- Coordinate with field officers and guide them on investigation protocols
- Review evidence and prepare accurate closure reports
- Maintain TAT and quality as per client requirements
- Share regular MIS and updates with the team
Requirements
- BHMS / BAMS / BDS
- Minimum 1 year (freshers can apply; salary will differ)
Schedule
- Work from Office
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Pay
- Up to ₹25,000 per month, with the final offer based on interview and experience
