Sr Accountant - Finance

General Summary Works under limited supervision; the Sr Accountant is responsible for executing key general accounting and cost accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with corporate policies, and effective manufacturing cost control. This role supports month-end close activities, local accounts payable operations, fixed asset management, and manufacturing finance by analyzing production costs and inventory transactions. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging technology to automate reporting and improve process efficiency.
Position Qualifications Minimum education and experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with +5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional qualifications: Experience in the medical device, life sciences, manufacturing, multinational, or shared services industries. Experience working in multinational companies and shared services environments is considered a plus. Knowledge of Cost Accounting is a plus
