Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, a strong ability to source and attract top talent, and a proven track record in improving recruitment processes. This role requires expertise in Boolean searches, advanced filtering, and ATS administration, with a focus on hiring for Product, Engineering, Data, and Management roles. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, detail-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and retaining top talent for roles in Product, Engineering, Data, Accounting, and Management.Utilize Boolean searches and advanced filtering techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates.Administer and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as PeopleForce, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and metrics.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.Maintain and update recruitment manuals, tracking methods, and data collection tools to support team performance.Provide a seamless candidate experience by managing interview schedules and communication.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on technical, software development roles.Proficiency in Boolean searches, advanced filtering, and ATS administration (e.g., PeopleForce, Lever, etc).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Experience in process improvement and data-driven recruitment strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate engagement.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Required).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in HR coordination or people operations.Background in project management or organizational change initiatives.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional growth opportunities and continuous learning.Flexible work arrangements (hybrid or remote).A collaborative and innovative work environment.2 weeks PTOEquipment providedBirthday offSick leaveStudy leaveDiscounts platform25 USD worth of connectivity expensesArgentina holidaysLocation:Argentina - Hybrid (BA located preferred)About Us:At Nybble Group, we are dedicated to transforming businesses with the power of technology.
