Sr. Java Developer – Tech Lead

About the role

lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.

Requirements

• 10–15 Years
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and MySQL.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, technical design, and architecture reviews.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch, application log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong production support, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern Java features, including Lambdas, Streams, Collections, and design patterns.
• Proven experience leading offshore teams, mentoring developers, and coordinating project delivery.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Candidates must be local to the NY/NJ area and available for an in-person customer interview in White Plains, NY.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
