Job description
Job Context:
We are looking for young, dynamic & energetic Sr. Manager / Manager (Marketing & Sales) with experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Apartment Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle A-Z activities of Sales & Marketing Division
• Maintain customer database accurately
• Achieve sales targets
• Develop new clients & maintain existing clients
• Regular follow-up with prospective customers
• Act as mentor and maintain good team relations
REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or reputed institution.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in Real Estate, Share, or Apartment Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented, smart, well-groomed & polite behaviour
• Only Male
• Age: 28 to 40 years
