Sr. Operations Manager – Content Excellence

About the role

SGS Consulting is looking for an experienced Sr. Operations Manager – Content Excellence for an exciting opportunity with a leading client in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.

Tasks

• Develop and deliver learning journeys and enablement programs for cross-functional teams.
• Manage end-to-end content operations, workflows, and governance.
• Optimize content processes, asset management, and approval workflows.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead change management, training, and documentation for new content tools and generative AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or creative project management.
• Experience managing end-to-end content workflows, digital asset management systems, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Preferred: Pharmaceutical or biotech commercial marketing experience, including MLR/PRC review processes.
• Preferred: Experience with Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager, CMS, or DAM platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Agile marketing, creative agency workflows, and AI-powered content capabilities.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 3 days onsite, work from home Tuesday & Wednesday
• 6-Month Contract
• Extension or FTE Conversion: Possible, depending on performance and business needs
