Sr. Principal Product Owner

Tasks

• Own and manage the product backlog, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, engineering teams, and other Product Owners.
• Champion Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Drive cloud platform capabilities, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Define and track product success metrics.
• Support CloudOps, Observability, Disaster Recovery, and enterprise platform modernization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager certification OR 3+ years of Scaled Agile product ownership/product management experience in a large organization.
• Experience with cloud-focused teams, Cloud Operations, or cloud service organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, or similar tools.
• Preferred: ITIL certification.
• Preferred: Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Preferred: Background in Cloud, Observability, Disaster Recovery, or CloudOps.
• Preferred: Experience transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-centric operating model.

Schedule
