Sr. Principal Product Owner – Cloud & Technical Services

About the role

Support Cloud, Observability, Disaster Recovery (DR), and CloudOps teams within a newly launched value stream in the Enterprise Platforms & Enablement (EPE) portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Agile Product Owner experience
• Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
• SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager certification OR 3+ years of scaled Agile product ownership/product management experience in a large organization
• Experience leading a cloud-focused team, working in Cloud Operations, or owning products for a cloud-focused organization
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Proven expertise in backlog management, feature prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience aligning product roadmaps with business and technology objectives
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate product value effectively
• Preferred: ITIL certification and hands-on IT Service Management (ITSM) experience
• Preferred: Cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure services
• Preferred: Observability, disaster recovery, reliability, and cloud operations
• Preferred: Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, and Jira Align
• Preferred: Platform engineering and internal platform product management
• Preferred: Large enterprise technology transformation and cross-team Agile delivery
