🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Sr. Product Manager – Store Technology
📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
⏳ Duration: 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
Own in-store technology platforms, including POS, WFM, Clienteling, and traffic analytics.
Lead feature rollouts, pilot programs, and large-scale deployments.
Collaborate with Store Operations, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and Product teams.
Translate store business needs into product requirements.
Drive operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
Track adoption, performance, and business success metrics.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5–8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in retail or store technology.
Strong understanding of POS, clienteling, workforce management, and in-store systems.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and large-scale feature rollouts.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to connect technical solutions with business and operational needs.
Nice to Have:
Omnichannel retail experience.
Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Store Operations, Field Leadership, or change management experience.
