About the role

Employnet - Austin is seeking a Sr. Program Administrator to support customer relationships and commercial program activities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Process customer Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), order entries, and engineering change notices.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, databases, and customer records.
  • Support commercial program activities, including pricing, product margins, inventory revaluation, excess and obsolete inventory, and accounts receivable issues.
  • Record and report equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, CNC machinists, quality inspectors, and internal leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of project administration or coordination experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing experience in precision machining, CNC, aerospace, automotive, or medical device assembly is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and leadership teams.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and production planning (MRP/DRP).
