About the RoleThe Senior Project Manager will lead commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships on tenant fit-out and interior renovation work throughout the DMV.
What You'll DoManage all phases of interiors project execution, from preconstruction and buyout through construction and closeoutOwn project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and constructability issues specific to occupied and tenant-fit-out environmentsLead project meetings, progress reporting, and client communication throughout the project lifecycleManage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentationOversee site logistics, phasing, and safety compliance in coordination with field superintendentsMentor project engineers/APMs and support project staffing
What You BringSignificant experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor, with a strong focus on commercial interiors/tenant fit-out workProven track record managing interior renovation or fit-out projects from preconstruction through closeoutSolid understanding of contract documents, means and methods, and project financialsComfortable managing work in occupied buildings and coordinating complex phasing/logisticsStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage owner and subcontractor relationshipsProficiency with standard project management and scheduling software
