Sr. Property Management Rep

About the role

Albertsons Companies is seeking someone to contribute to the growth of the company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role focuses on property inspections, operational support, liaison work and CAM reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections, document findings and next steps, and ensure property-specific compliance requirements are met.
• Implement remedies for conditions that interfere with Albertsons Companies' interests and goals.
• Support operation teams and other business units with timely implementation of desired actions.
• Manage repair and maintenance obligations in line with established budgets, mitigate property risks and manage critical dates related to defaults.
• Prepare the annual plan and quarterly guidance for CAM, and work with Company finance teams to manage OPEX and CAPEX project spend.
• Act as a primary liaison to Company landlords, tenants and internal business teams, partnering with stakeholders and other relevant parties to resolve issues and disputes.
• Guide and assist the Property Management Service Center Team with Landlord WO compliance concerns and CAM Reconciliations.
• Work with Property Management Representatives on tenant concerns, estoppel certificates and resolution of Defaults.
• Audit and approve CAM Reconciliations prepared by the Service Center Team to ensure compliance with lease provisions.
• Review and approve waiver requests from landlords, tenants and co-owners.
