🔹 Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance the DCPS ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, application development, workflow automation, and system integrations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow instance.
Develop and support applications across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and other ServiceNow modules.
Configure forms, lists, workflows, notifications, reports, and Service Catalog items.
Build end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer, approvals, task routing, and notifications.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve defects, and ensure upgrade readiness.
Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices.
🔹 Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall professional experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and JavaScript.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, update sets, roles, and access controls.
Knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM processes.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Must be a local candidate able to work onsite in Washington, DC.
Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience with ITS
