Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Tasks

• Administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain solutions across ITSM, HRSD, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and ITAM.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, approvals, and notifications.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Manage roles, ACLs, update sets, and platform configurations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• DMV Candidate required
• 10+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Strong knowledge of ACLs, roles, tables, forms, and update sets.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, S2P, CSM, or SecOps.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.
• Public sector, education, or K-12 experience is highly valued.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
