Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements across multiple environments
✅ Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
✅ Maintain and enhance existing applications with a focus on stability, performance, and upgrade compatibility
✅ Review and approve development work to ensure adherence to platform standards and security requirements
✅ Support platform upgrades and resolve development-related issues introduced by new releases

Required Skills
✔ Designing and building upgrade-safe, maintainable applications using App Engine Studio, scoped applications, and platform APIs.
✔ Developing role-aware, task-focused user experiences using Configurable Workspace, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and UI Builder.
✔ Implementing and supporting inbound and outbound integrations using Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub patterns where applicable.
✔ Apply platform guardrails, naming conventions, access controls, and architectural best practices to ensure long-term platform health
✔ Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and change review processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams
✔ Provide guidance to mid-level developers and delegated developers, reviewing code and promoting consistent development standards.
Preferred Skills / Preferred Experience
✔ Strong experience with server-side scripting, including Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs
✔ Advanced proficiency with GlideRecord, query optimization, and transactional logic
✔Experience with Flow Designer, including reusable actions, subflows, and orchestration patterns
✔ Solid understanding of ACL design, role hierarchy, and access evaluation order
✔ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
