Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Tasks

• Administer and maintain the DCPS ServiceNow platform
• Develop applications, service catalog items, workflows, and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot platform issues and improve existing processes
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure secure, upgrade-ready configurations

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer
• Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and data imports
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, S2P, CSM, or SecOps
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Public-sector, K-12 education, or highly regulated industry experience preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus
