Sr. Staff Mechanism Engineer

About the role

A leading power systems manufacturer in the Milwaukee area is rapidly expanding its residential division and looking for a technical lead to drive next-gen mechanism and product design.

Tasks

• Over-center toggles, cams, linkages, gear trains, and linear actuators.
• Solenoids, electric motors, springs, sheet metal, and castings.
• 3D CAD modeling (Creo / SolidWorks), UL testing, and DFM for mass production.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• 5–10+ years of electro-mechanical product design experience.
• Ability to own projects independently from concept to market.

Schedule

• On-Site
• Permanent / Direct-Hire

Pay

• $115,000 - $130,000 base
