Job description
About the role
Drive enterprise reliability, observability, automation, and deployment safety for cloud-native e-commerce services.
Requirements
- Strong SRE architecture and production reliability engineering experience
- Hands-on GCP experience supporting highly available, production-scale systems
- Deep expertise in SLI/SLO design, error budgets, and reliability standards
- Observability architecture: metrics, logging, tracing, instrumentation, and alerting
- Incident management, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
- Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code technologies
- CI/CD architecture and safe deployment strategies
- Python, Bash, or other scripting and automation
- Technical leadership across application, platform, and engineering teams
- Preferred: Kubernetes / Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Preferred: GCP Cloud Monitoring, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Preferred: GitHub Actions
- Preferred: Istio or other service mesh technologies
- Preferred: Apigee or other API gateways
- Preferred: Canary, blue-green, and progressive delivery strategies
- Preferred: Automated testing and engineering automation
