SSIS Development & Data IntegrationDesign, develop, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes.Create and optimize data integration workflows between multiple source and target systems.Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.Troubleshoot and resolve ETL failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.Implement automated data loading, validation, and reconciliation processes.Data Validation & Data QualityPerform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.Analyze data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.Create validation frameworks and exception reporting processes.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across reporting environments.Production SupportProvide L2/L3 support for SQL Server databases, ETL processes, and reporting systems.Monitor daily ETL jobs and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.Support deployment activities and post-production validation.
