Requirements include being energetic, reliable, trustworthy, possessing a natural nurturing ability, and being comfortable with various playful and caring activities. The role involves working a minimum of 2 days a week, with pay rates of £12.25 to £13.50 an hour depending on experience and qualifications. An apprentice position is also available.
