About the role
Lusagroup is growing its team and seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting, reporting, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accounting reconciliations and support month-end close.
- Assist with accounts payable, cash reconciliations, and operational accounting.
- Research and resolve discrepancies.
- Support financial and management reporting.
- Collaborate across the team to improve processes.
- Assist with audits and cash management.
Requirements
- Progressive accounting experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with an ERP; NetSuite is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
