Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial reporting regulations.
• Support external audit processes and liaise with auditors as needed.
• Implement and maintain accounting controls to safeguard company assets.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
