✨ STAFF WANTED – IVORY BARN ✨

Ivory Barn is a gorgeous rustic barn located in Wallington, and we’re growing our team ahead of an exciting new chapter!

We’re currently working through the Geelong Council application process to open as a café, while the venue is already permitted to operate as a wedding and events venue.

With just 22 weddings per year, Ivory Barn will be a little different from your typical hospitality venue. Our team will be all-rounders, with opportunities across the café, barista, bar and events side of the business.

There will be potential for additional casual wedding and event work, with the opportunity for the right people to move into a part-time café + weddings/events role as the business grows.

We’re looking for people who:
✔️ Are available to work weekends
✔️ Have at least 1 year of hospitality experience in some capacity
✔️ Hold a current RSA
✔️ Have current and appropriate visa/work rights
✔️ Are reliable, hardworking and hands-on
✔️ Have a great personality and genuinely enjoy working with people
✔️ Love hospitality, weddings and events
✔️ Take pride in creating an amazing experience for every guest

You don’t need to be an expert at everything — we’re looking for great people with the right attitude who are willing to learn and become part of our team. (You will be trained & shadow our team from Ivory Pavilion over Oct to be ready for Nov) travel required 1-2 shifts.
