Job description
About the role
A leading power systems manufacturer in the Milwaukee area is rapidly expanding its residential division and looking for a technical lead to drive next-gen mechanism and product design.
Tasks
- Over-center toggles, cams, linkages, gear trains, and linear actuators.
- Solenoids, electric motors, springs, sheet metal, and castings.
- 3D CAD modeling (Creo / SolidWorks), UL testing, and DFM for mass production.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- 5–10+ years of electro-mechanical product design experience.
- Ability to own projects independently from concept to market.
