About the role
At Thebestrenalcare, the Staff Nurse delivers safe, high-quality care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) by assessing, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage hemodialysis machines from preparation to completion, monitor patient response, and make necessary adjustments in coordination with physicians.
- Ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation, patient monitoring, and clear communication with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis therapy, medications, diet, and overall disease management.
- Perform cannulation, monitor vital signs, provide access care, and participate in all phases of dialysis treatment: pre, intra, and post.
- Support unit operations by organizing workflow, maintaining cleanliness of the treatment area, and assisting or guiding less experienced staff.
- Respond to emergencies and perform other related duties as needed.
