Staffing and Operations Assistant

About the role

We are an experiential strategy and brand activation consultancy, and our staffing team puts brand ambassadors and production assistants into the field for festivals, expos, brand activations, and private events across South Florida.

Tasks

• Set up staffing projects, post recruiting calls, track booking confirmations, coordinate uniforms and logistics, build event communication groups, keep payroll trackers and event files current, and close out every event with nothing left open.

Requirements

• Live in South Florida and be able to go onsite for event days.
• Have excellent computer skills
• Be super detail oriented
• Brand ambassador or event staffing experience is a strong plus, especially if you want to move to the operations side.

Schedule

• The rest of the work is remote.
• Part time to start, with room to grow.
