About the role

The Full Cycle Bilingual Temporary Staffing Recruiter manages the complete recruitment process for temporary and temp-to-hire positions. The role partners with clients to understand hiring needs, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, manages placements, and maintains relationships with clients and temporary employees to support successful assignments and service.

The position typically operates in an office setting with frequent communication via phone, email, text, and virtual platforms. Occasional local travel to client sites, job fairs, or recruiting events may be required. Flexibility to respond to urgent staffing needs outside standard business hours may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job order intake through candidate placement and assignment completion.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other sourcing methods.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Verify employment history, conduct reference checks, and coordinate background screenings and drug testing as required.
• Match qualified candidates with client job openings while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies, prepare candidates, and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Extend job offers, complete onboarding documentation, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Communicate regularly with temporary employees during assignments to address concerns, attendance, and performance.
