Job description
About the role
We specialize in Hondas and Toyotas, with Lexus and Acura also in our mix. Work outside those makes is rare.
Tasks
- This role focuses on state inspections, safety checks, maintenance, and everyday repairs.
Requirements
- Bring your current Virginia State Inspector license, solid automotive repair experience, and a willingness to grow.
- Advanced diagnostic expertise is not required.
Schedule
- 7:30 am–5:30 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch; 45 scheduled working hours each week.
- Alternate Saturdays with the other inspector.
- When you work Saturday, take Monday or Friday off, assigned by position.
- When Saturday is off, work Monday–Friday.
- Sundays off.
Pay
- $35–$40 flat rate per flagged hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 90 days, and $1,000 after 180 days of employment.
